Our Handle mold style is good for foreigner hand. Not too big and not too small. We stick the handle on the mugs by hand. And we have make the pulling force test for American stander.

High speed sublimation original mug produce
We have 2500m long oven for original mug produce. there is no rest time for the oven for whole years.

SUBLIMATION COATING PRODCESS
Same factory different production line, no transport. Reduce the ceramic broken rate. We make the subliamtion coating in the same factory. for the mugs. Just in the different workshop.

Automatic Coating line for sublimation mugs
We use the automatic sublimation products line to spray the coating on the sublimation mugs. we used our own brand coating shark coating. The coating is dishwasher approve , supper white effect. good for photo mugs.

Quality Check
We have three group quality check team. There are 6 workers in one team. We keep 6 workers to make the quality check. To keep every mug is on our stander for high quality.
